Do you offer volume discounts?

We do not offer volume discounts direct to the public.

Do I need to register or setup an account to shop?

It is not mandatory to register. However, if you choose to, we will retain your contact details which will be retrieved when you login on your next visit. Please note that we will not retain your security details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.

How much does delivery costs?

Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout based on the shipping address. To find out how much shipping will cost, please add the desired products to your cart and visit the checkout page to see charges.

How long does delivery take?

It can take anywhere from 1 to 24 hours for locations in Kingston & St. Andrew, St. Catherine*. For rural areas it will typically take up to 48 hours.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and our sales staff will help to confirm the status of your order as well as provide estimated arrival times.

Where are the products being shipped from?

All products are stored at our warehouses in Jamaica.

What happens if there's a delivery mishap to my order? (Damaged or lost delivery)

We at DeyCart take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. 

1. In the event of damaged products received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the product to you at no cost. In light of this, any damaged product should not be thrown away. Please take photo proof and email/whatsapp the photo to us.

2. In the event of lost deliveries, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there’s a clear indication that your order was indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost.

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found towards the bottom of each product detail page. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches.

Do you sell quality products?

Unfortunately, majority of Jamaican stores do not offer authentic brands. But here at DeyCart, we ensure that our brands are authentic and sourced from trust-worthy suppliers.
